EngineeringAgriculture's Tomorrow.
LIFTECH is an agricultural engineering company. From concept, reverse engineering and customer drawings — through design, prototyping, precision manufacturing, quality assurance and dependable global supply — we deliver complete engineering programmes for OEMs, distributors and equipment manufacturers worldwide.
Every engineered component tells a story.Ours begins with understanding the application, continues through disciplined engineering and manufacturing, and ends only when our customer's production runs reliably.
Every company has a beginning. Ours had the courage to begin again.
LIFTECH began in 1983 as a small precision-engineering workshop in Ludhiana. Four decades later, we are an engineering-driven manufacturing company operating across two specialised divisions — with an evolving relationship to the craft of building things that outlast the season.
Our story is not about growing bigger. It is about growing better — expanding engineering depth, broadening capability, and staying honest to the people, partners and processes that made the company what it is today.
Four decades of engineering evolution.
From precision cycle components to a specialised engineering group with two manufacturing divisions — every chapter was earned.

Cycle Components
LIFTECH began as a precision-engineering workshop in Ludhiana, manufacturing cycle components. The engineering mindset that would come to define the company was set from day one.

Engineering.Designed for Production.
LIFTECH is an engineering organisation before it is a manufacturing organisation. Three connected disciplines carry a programme from a customer’s first drawing to a container leaving our warehouse — as one accountable engineering partner.
Every capability below sits within one integrated engineering system. Our customers work with one team, one drawing library and one quality standard.

Digital Manufacturing
In-house Manufacturing ERP
From an idea in your handto a container at the port.
A single engineering pipeline. Twelve accountable stages. Every hand-off documented, every measurement recorded — because premium manufacturing begins with a premium engineering process.
Customer Sample
A physical part, reference component, worn assembly.
Customer Drawing
A CAD file, blueprint, or dimensional sketch.
3D Scanning
Digital capture of geometry, tolerances and surface features from the physical sample.
CAD Modelling
Reconstruction of the part as a parametric 3D model — ready for engineering analysis.
3D Printed Prototype
Rapid physical validation of the digital model — first-fit, dimensional and functional check.
Validation
Cross-functional design review — materials, DFM, cost, tolerance stack-up.
Engineering Drawings
Production drawings released with GD&T, material spec and inspection callouts.
Tool & Fixture Design
Dies, jigs, fixtures and gauges designed and built in-house.
Prototype Manufacturing
First-off components manufactured on production tooling.
Testing & Approval
Customer PPAP / first-article inspection · fitment · field trial where required.
Series Production
Scheduled runs under the released process plan and quality documents.
Inspection
In-process and final inspection with recorded dimensional and material traceability.
Inventory
Traceable finished-goods storage — organised for repeat OEM programmes.
Global Delivery
Marine-grade packing, sea-worthy palletisation and documented dispatch — one accountable partner, worldwide.
How LIFTECHexecutes engineering programmes.
Behind every product is an integrated engineering infrastructure — the systems, partnerships and disciplines that let LIFTECH commit to complete manufacturing programmes.
Five connected capabilities. One accountable engineering partner. Each earning its own place in the way we execute.
In-house Manufacturing
Integrated capability under one roof.
Forging, machining, fabrication, welding, heat treatment, finishing and assembly — operated as a single engineering system rather than a set of disconnected shops. Programmes flow through one drawing library, one quality standard and one accountability chain.
Qualified Manufacturing Partners
Specialised processes, LIFTECH engineering ownership.
Specialised processes — including Sand, Steel, Investment and Shell Mould castings — are executed through carefully qualified manufacturing partners. Every partner-produced part remains under LIFTECH engineering ownership, drawing control, inspection and quality standards.

Digital Manufacturing
A manufacturing system engineered in-house.
Our proprietary Manufacturing ERP connects engineering, planning, material flow and dispatch into one visible system — turning day-to-day decisions into recorded, repeatable outcomes. It is an engineering capability, not a software line-item.

- Production Planning
- Material Tracking
- Inventory
- Quality Records
- Machine Monitoring
- Manufacturing Scheduling
- Dispatch Planning
- Production Traceability
- Real-time Manufacturing Visibility

Confidential Engineering
Your drawings, files and prototypes are handled with the discipline they deserve.
Customer drawings, CAD files, prototypes and technical documentation are managed through controlled engineering workflows accessible only to those working on the programme. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements are gladly executed whenever required before technical discussions begin.
- Controlled access to customer drawings and files
- Documented internal engineering workflows
- Mutual NDAs executed on request
- Programme-scoped visibility for LIFTECH engineers
